Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway; genXshop does not store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and cancellations

Cancellation and return eligibility depends on the order status and product category, as shown on your order page. Refunds, once approved, are credited to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of liability
